Product Description

Standard spherical roller bearings from KOMEL consist of an inner ring, an outer ring, two rows of rollers, and a cage. There are rolled tracks on the inner and outer rings. The grooves in the inner ring are in a double row configuration, matching the rollers. The outer ring race track is spherical, and the special design allows the bearing to self-align. The cylinders are drum-shaped with two rows of rollers evenly distributed between the grooves of the inner rings. The cage is used to separate the coils so that they are evenly distributed and prevent the coils from touching and snagging. The products are widely used in the metallurgical industry, mining machinery, cement machinery, wind turbine main shafts and gearboxes.

Internal Design

BC: Bearings with a cast iron cage guided by the rollers, suitable for the main shafts of wind turbines.

CA/CAC: The inner ring has ribs on both sides, with a guide ring guided by the cage, and a machined brass cage.

CC(J)/CJ: The inner ring has no rib, with a guide ring guided by the cage, and two stamped steel cages.

CCJA/EJA: The inner ring has no rib, with a guide ring guided by the outer ring, and two stamped steel cages.

CAF: Similar to the CA type, but with a machined steel cage.

VE552(E): The outer ring on one side has three equidistant threaded holes for connecting lifting equipment. E indicates that the bearing is equipped with a lifting eye bolt.

VE553(E): Similar to VE552(E), but the outer ring on both sides has threaded holes.

VG114: Case-hardened stamped steel cage.

VQ424: The rotational accuracy is higher than C08.

Application

Metallurgical Industry

Rolling Mill: When a rolling mill rolls steel, it generates huge pressure and impact force.
