High quality Shaker Screen Spherical Roller Bearing produced by KOMEL Company adopt a double-row roller design, which can bear relatively large radial loads and also a certain amount of bidirectional axial loads, meeting the complex load requirements generated during the operation of vibrating screens.

 

Spherical Raceway: The outer ring raceway is spherical, and the inner ring has two raceways that are inclined at a certain angle relative to the bearing axis. This structure endows the Komel with excellent self-aligning performance, enabling it to automatically adapt to the shaft deflection or installation errors. Even if the screen box experiences significant deflection due to vibration, it can still ensure the normal operation among all components and compensate for the coaxiality error.

 

Cage: Usually, a machined brass cage is adopted and guided by the outer ring, which is suitable for the situation with eccentric loads. There are also cases where a stamped steel cage is used. After surface heat treatment and hardening, its wear resistance is improved. For large-sized spherical roller bearings for vibrating screens, the inner ring may have no rib, and the middle rib is on the outer raceway and is guided to rotate by the outer raceway.
