KOMEL bidirectional pressure support bearings consist of two shaft washers, two seat washers, and two sets of ball and frame assemblies. Shaft washers have shafts, house washers have kitchens. Two rows of balls between the two loading threads and the loading. This equipment is used to maintain balance between balls, ensure even ball distribution, and prevent slip and fall.


A Double Direction Thrust Ball Bearing design helps to resist axial forces in either direction. This is achieved by combining two side-by-side tracks back and forth. Suffixes


1.Accuracy Classes

P0: Ordinary tolerance, which is the most commonly used tolerance grade for thrust ball bearings. It is suitable for general industrial application scenarios and is used in most ordinary mechanical equipment to meet basic accuracy requirements.

P6: One level higher than P0, usually used for equipment with certain requirements for rotation accuracy, such as the feed system of machine tools, etc., which can make the operation of the equipment more stable and reduce vibration and noise.

P5: The accuracy is higher than P6, and is often used in high-precision mechanical equipment, such as the spindle of precision machine tools, measuring instruments, etc., which can ensure the high-precision operation of the equipment.

2.Clearance Classes

C1: Indicates that the radial clearance of the bearing is smaller than the ordinary group, which is suitable for occasions with strict requirements on clearance and close fit, such as some high-precision spindle systems.

C2: The clearance is smaller than the ordinary group, but larger than the C1 group, and is used in some application scenarios with certain restrictions on clearance, but not as strict as C1.

C3: The clearance is larger than the ordinary group. It is often used in situations where the bearing will change greatly in size due to the increase in temperature during operation. It can avoid the bearing from getting stuck due to thermal expansion.

3. Cage Materials

M: Indicates that the cage material is brass. Brass cages have good strength and wear resistance and are suitable for working conditions with high speeds and medium loads.

F: Indicates steel solid cages, rolling element guided

TN: Usually indicates nylon cages. Nylon cages are light in weight, good in self-lubrication, and low in noise. They are suitable for high-speed thrust ball bearings.

 

Application

 

Machine tool industry: commonly used in the spindle components of machine tools, such as the spindle of a horizontal lathe, which can withstand the axial cutting force from the workpiece, while ensuring the axial positioning accuracy of the spindle and ensuring the processing accuracy.

Metallurgical equipment: In some equipment in the metallurgical industry, such as the crystallizer vibration device of a continuous casting machine, bidirectional thrust ball bearings are used to withstand the axial force of the vibrating components and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Reducer: In some reducers, especially in situations where bidirectional axial loads need to be borne, bidirectional thrust ball bearings are used to support the transmission shaft, transmit torque and withstand axial force.
