China Four Point Angular Contact Ball Bearing produced by KOMEL is a pure axial load bearing. It can withstand bidirectional axial loads through the four-point contact design between the steel ball and the inner and outer rings (the contact angle is usually 35° or 40°), but the radial load capacity is low. It is suitable for scenarios where bidirectional axial positioning and small radial loads are required (such as crane arms and rotary workbenches).
Structural features
Single-row ball bearings, both inner and outer rings have double ribs, and the steel ball and raceway form four-point contact.
The contact angle is fixed, usually 35° (QJ series) or 40° (Q series).
Load capacity
The bidirectional axial load capacity is strong, about twice that of the same size single-row angular contact bearing.
The radial load must be ≤ 30% of the axial load, otherwise the life will be greatly reduced.
Rigidity and precision
The axial rigidity is high, suitable for high-precision axial positioning.
A certain angular deviation is allowed (usually ≤ 2 arc minutes).
